Delivery

Orders are sent out by Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded delivery and will require a signature if over the value of £50.
  
Please use an address where there will be someone to sign or receive the package. We are sorry that Dutyfreeperfume cannot change a delivery address once the item has been despatched and is in transit.


If you have ordered a fragrance and were not available to sign for the item it will be returned to us after seven days. Normally Royal mail will leave a card through your door should this happen. We are unable to offer free postage in this instance as we have not made a sale. Therefore any item returned to us will be refunded less the postage paid by us (£2.99).

Next day Guaranteed

£5.95 per Item then £1.00 per item thereafter. Orders must be placed before 12 noon to Guarantee next day delivery Monday to Thursday.

There is no Next Day Delivery service on Saturday / Sunday therefore orders received on a Friday before 12 noon will be guaranteed for Monday if Next Day Delivery is paid. Dutyfreeperfume do not take responsibility for delays once items have left our warehouse.
Do you have international delivery?

International Deliver

Regrettably due to a change in regulations, fragrances are now classed as 'Dangerous Goods' and are prohibited from the post in accordance with national and international transport regulations so we no longer offer international delivery.
  

Do we deliver to your address?

We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK and overseas mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times. You will be contacted by the Duty Free Perfume team if your order is affected. 

Can you send my order to an address different to my billing address?

 Yes!

When you first register on the site you will need to enter the billing address where your payment card is registered to.

During the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to enter a delivery address which may be different to your billing address. This is great for sending gifts!


We must have the Card Holders Address and contactable telephone number in case security verification is needed.

What if I´m not in when you deliver?

If your parcel cannot be left somewhere safe by Royal Mail, they will post a card through your door and you will need to take this with you to collect your parcel from the sorting office address stated on the card with some ID. Please use a delivery address where someone will be in to receive your parcel e.g at home, at work, with a friend or with your mum!

Un collected parcels will be sent back to us at which time you will be refunded your Item amount less the postage we have paid (£2.99) as a sale has not been made.

If you still require your item after it has been returned you will need to go on-line to re-order your Item which will be sent to you as it was inititially.

What do I do if I do not receive my order?

If you have not received your order after 10 days, please initially check with your post office to ensure that they do not have the parcel. If they do not, please contact us and we will do all we can to help. Customers must notify us within 14 days if parcels do not arrive.
