
When we have received your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail to let you know that we are processing it. Please check the details of your order carefully to make sure that your order is correct. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled you will be contaced by Duty Free Perfume by email or phone. As soon as your order is in progress you can check the status of your order in the ´my orders´ section of your account.
If you wish to change or cancel your order please call us as soon as possible on +44 (0) 115 946 0095 (Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4pm Friday 8.30am to 3pm). We will need your order number to trace the order.
Orders are normally processed the same day so we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched and you wish to cancel it you must follow the returns procedure and return the item(s) to us within 14 days. We can only refund the cost of the item when we have received it back from you. The original delivery charge will be non refundable. We will refund the cost of delivery if we have made an error or the product is faulty.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the products ordered unless we notify you that we cannot accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our procedure. The sales contract is completed in England.
We might not be able to accept an order for the following reasons:
The product you ordered being out of stock
We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
We identify an error in the pricing or description of a product
You do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted by a member of our team. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
