All our products are sourced within the European union and been manufactured by the perfume houses themselves. We do not sell smell alikes , copies or imitation fragrances
If an item is not appearing on the website it may mean that we have sold out. Please call us on +44 (0) 115 946 0095 or email sales@dutyfreeperfume.co.uk for information about anticipated delivery dates. We are happy to reserve out of stock items for you.
We try hard to keep all our products in stock but our lead-time is very long and sometimes items sell faster than we predict.
If something you order is not in stock, we will let you know when we expect to send it to you. You will not be charged until the goods leave the warehouse and we will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel.
