Returns & Refunds

We hope that your order will be just what you wanted. But if you change your mind about our products you can return your order for any reason within 7 working days for an exchange or refund.

  • Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging) within 7 working days of receiving your order. IMPORTANT * The fragrance must not have been activated (sprayed ) Send your parcel to: Unit 3 Gainsborough Close, Long Eaton, Nottingham NG10 1PX
  • We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel. These are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be delayed or lost in the post. Goods are returned at your own cost. If the item is not faulty and is being returned as not wanted a charge of £2.99 will be made due to the fact we have paid the carraige and admin on sending the item to you initially.
  • We will email to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks during busy times. Damaged/ Faulty goods: If you receive damaged/ faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full if notified within 30 days. (including the original postage charge)
  • If the item is not faulty and is being returned your item can be exchanged or refunded less the value (£2.99) of the amount of postage it has cost to get it to you in the first instance   

How do I exchange or return an item?

Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange for a different product, on line.

Please write the reason for your return on the back of your despatch note and enclose it in your parcel. This can then be sent to the address at the bottom of the page (you can also find this on the packing slip). Please note, we recommend that you use recorded delivery or get a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for lost goods. We also suggest you call and notify us that your returning an item.

How long will it take to receive a refund? 

We will only refund the cost of the item after we´ve received the item back and checked it for resale or faults. Once we have done this we will issue a refund back to your Credit Card. (Switch Cards: There can sometimes be a small
delay while your bank credits your account). Please include a contact number as we may need to contact you for your Credit Card details. If you paid by cheque we will post a check to the address you gave when you set-up your account.

We only refund the cost of delivery if we have made an error in shipping or the product is faulty. If your order has been despatched free delivery and the item is not fauly or been sent by us in error the refund amount will be less £3.95 which is the cost of our delivery in the first instance.
